Hey everyone!! It’s time again for the new monthly coloring series Color With Me, where I make a new coloring page every month! This month’s Color With Me features a floral mandala style mantra.
Boy a month goes quick! I’m glad though, I was really looking forward to coloring again. It can be hard to find the time to sit down and color on your own so I’m happy that this series will allow me to do it regularly--and hopefully you too!
Last week or so I was organizing my colored pencils and crayons, knowing Color With Me was coming up. I have about 3 full sets of the 64 pack of crayons from Crayola. I say “about” because two of the sets are from when I was little, so some are missing. Last year I got the newest set on a “I need to color today, but don’t think we have crayons” whim, spoiler: we did. The older sets also have a few crayons from other brands my siblings and I got as kids. Anyways, I’m so pleased because I sorted the crayons by name then I put the older/more used crayon of the two in an “active coloring crayons” box along with all the non-Crayola crayons. That way we use the oldest crayons first instead of having to sift through two sets of half used crayons.
All of the crayon sorting made me want to make this month’s coloring page crayon friendly, nothing too intricate that a crayon couldn’t do. Feel free to use whatever you have or want to use, but if you want to join in on the crayon-smell-nostalgia with me I highly recommend!
Click the download link below, and crack out your crayons, markers, colored pencils, watercolor--whatever you want to color with!--and start coloring! Watercolors would work if you printed it out on some watercolor paper, that would be pretty cool! I do ask, if you download my coloring page, please keep it for personal use only.
What’s your preferred coloring method? Colored pencils? Markers? Crayons? I’d love to hear in the comments below! Have a great weekend everyone! Hopefully you’ll be able to sneak in some coloring time!
